"This charming, family-owned hotel exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with an incredible level of warmth, care, and genuine hospitality that’s hard to put into words. Every time we passed through the reception, a member of the family would greet us with a smile and ask how our day was going. We spent many memorable moments chatting with one of the owners about Bukhara, local restaurant recommendations, and even about our respective countries. These conversations felt sincere and personal — a rare and beautiful experience. Breakfast was another highlight of our stay: homemade, using fresh local ingredients, and absolutely delicious. It felt like a true taste of the region. Beyond the wonderful hosts and breakfast, the location and rooms were also perfect — comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully designed. In over 30 years of traveling, this is truly one of the best small hotels we’ve ever stayed in. Highly recommended!"

"Amazing friendly stuff, every day they prepare you another breakfast which can include home-made cherry cakes, fantastic samsa, huge choice of fruits and more. It's located 2 min walk from the old city. The place is tidy and the owners do everything to help you to solve any problems as a tourist!"

Their son who came to say good bye also helped us to load our baggage in the taxi showing their traditional value of respect."

She is a very caring hostess and arranged both an early check in on arrival and a late check out on departure. The property is close to all the historical sites"

"Our room was on third flor, which could be challenging without an elevator for many. Particularly in our room, in bathroom, the force of water was very very low, making it very difficult to bathe properly."
