"Our host and staff were very good. Location was really good, minutes from the main sites. We had a rental car and parking was right outside the guest house. Nice breakfast"

"We didn’t get provided with bottled water, it was available in a fridge downstairs for a small fee, a minor point but unusual compared to everywhere else we stayed Breakfast was at a fixed time 8.30, prefer more flexibility The shower on the first morning was difficult, pulsating every 5 seconds from hot to cold, the hot being scalding hot (it made us late for breakfast), the second morning was ok though"

The location couldn’t be better, right in the heart of the old town, perfect for exploring everything on foot. The terrace was a lovely place to relax after a day of sightseeing. "Great family guesthouse - all were welcoming and super helpful, while breakfast was tasty and diverse. Rooms are simple but clean and comfortable. Multiple options for day-trips are available to arrange on site (we used one of them and were very happy with everything). The location is excellent, 2-3 minutes to main part of old Khiva but in a quiet neighborhood."

"The water in shower has quite low and unstable pressure, but this is just a minor issue and common one in Khiva."

"Great location inside the old city walls. Easy to check in despite my arrival at 3:30am after a late flight into Urgench with a pre-arranged pick-up organised by the hotel. The room was very spacious and clean, and the WiFi worked well. Good breakfast offered with flexible timing. Very friendly owner. I would stay again."

"The owner of the B&B is super friendly, caring and willing to help. Position is great: it's easy to reach every part of the old town. The room was a bit small, but very comfortable and everything worked perfectly. Breakfast is served at a big table in a common dining room and you get the chance to talk to other guests and share travel experiences. We definitely suggest this B&B if you're not looking for fancy options."
