"They failed to arrange airport transfer despite I was in touch with them . Was unable to contact on the phone . The number provided is not working . Secondly the booking I made allowed early checkin but I was denied and told only twin room is available however latter I was given the twin room in the evening."

"The location, with reference to Silk Road Samarkand Congress Center, was quite ideal for me as it allowed me to have a wider view of the city as I travelled to and from Center. Booking rates were fair and affordable."

"A more diversified breakfast menu will be much appreciated and efforts should be put in place to serve dinner for guests. The staff were too casual in handling the water supply glitch to the facility without offering any plausible options for guests. Thorough cleaning of room was lacking on the day I checked in as I stumbled upon vests and stockings most probably left by previous occupants behind the bed on the floor."

"火傷するほど熱いシャワーが出る（水量・水圧含め、私が中央アジアで泊まった中で一番） 立地は確かに離れているがすぐ近くにバス停があり主要な観光地にはバス1本で行けるのであまり困らなかった。（Yandex mapアプリでバスの経路検索可能。visaタッチで乗れば2000スムです） 徒歩圏内にカフェ、レストラン、スーパーあり。 写真だと狭小部屋なのかと思ったけどそこそこの広さはあった。"

"セールで半額になっていたため安く泊まれたが正規の値段を払うと思うとすこし高いかなと感じました。 フロントが2Fにありそこまで急な階段あり。ホテルの人は1Fには居ないので自分で運ばなくちゃいけない。 周辺に深い側溝があり暗いと誤って落ちてしまいそう。 朝食は品数も少なく安いゲストハウスよりも寂しい。お腹いっぱいにはなりませんでした。 部屋のすぐ目の前にソファがありそこに人が溜まりやすく、部屋の中まで話し声や動画の音声などが聞こえてくる。 隣の部屋の音もよく聞こえ、夜中に物音で目が覚めた時は自分の部屋に誰か居るのか思ったほどクリアに聞こえた。"

"Недавно останавливались в BEX SUENO HOTEL и остались очень довольны! Отель новый, чистый и уютный. Номера просторные, современный интерьер, всё продумано до мелочей. Персонал очень вежливый и отзывчивый — всегда готовы помочь. Завтрак вкусный и разнообразный. Расположение удобное: тихое место, но до центра города можно быстро добраться. Отличное соотношение цены и качества! 🌿 Обязательно вернёмся снова и рекомендуем всем, кто планирует поездку в Самарканд."
