L’habitació és molt ampla i molt bonica, ens ha agradat molt la distribució, els finestrals, la llum que entrava, el balconet amb la taula i les cadires… no ens hauríem mogut d’allà. El bany es molt gran, amb dutxa i banyera. El llit molt gran i comodissim, molt bon matalás, hem dormit molt bé. Ens ha agradat que totes les instal.lacions estiguessin incloses en el preu. El spa és fantàstic, amb tres saunes i la piscina interior i exterior. També ens ha agradat l’ambient, molt relaxat, l’hotel és prou gran per tenir bones instal.lacions, però no massa gran, pot mantenir un aire familiar. El restaurant a la planta superior, molt bo i amb unes vistes fantàstiques"

"No es pot fer res sense cotxe o amb taxi. Nosaltres vam utilitzar Yandex per moure’ns, sinó hauria estat impossible. Es difícil fins i tot fer excursions a peu des de l’hotel, ja que la zona no està organitzada per això. Com que només vam estar un dia i havíem vingut sobretot per relaxar-nos i tenir una primera impressió, no va ser un problema."

"One of the best hotel i’ve ever stayed in . The best view of snowy mountain . Comfortable bed , bathroom was good too . I wish i would’ve stayed longer . The drive there a bit tricky but we somehow managed . Will come back for sure . The room seems new and spacious . Breakfast was okay . The dinner / lunch ala carte was good too . They have cinema , indoor pool , kids playground . Love love love"

"We stayed here for 3 nights after travelling through Uzbekistan for 12 days, and we loved every moment of our stay. The bungalow was big bright and clean with a comfy bed; the restaurant was good with helpful staff and enough variety for 3 nights, and the pool and small fitness room were perfect for our needs. The staff were always helpful and friendly. Special mention goes to the view of the mountains from the pool and the terrace breakfast. That was amazing."

"Nothing. Transport was easy: we arrived via 250,000 Som Yandex Taxi, and the hotel organised a 450,000 transfer back to Tashkent. This is more expensive than Yandex, but still good value for a two hour journey, plus we wanted the certainty of a ride back as we had to catch a train. There are some comments in other reviews about nearby construction. There is some work happening on the nearby road. It's a bit messy, but it didn't impact our stay at all! My only advice for the hotel is to get a decent Coffee machine at the breakfast bar. We had a good machine in our room, but avoided the coffee at breakfast 😉"
