Just a 5-minute walk from Brava Beach, Remanso offers an outdoor swimming pool and elegant rooms with ocean views. Guests can exercise at the gym or book a massage. There are complimentary beach umbrellas. Remanso greets guests with a stylish lobby featuring a water fountain by the front door and dark brown leather chairs. Guests can enjoy free Wi-Fi in common areas. Air conditioned rooms have flat-screen cable TV and are styled with cream-colored walls, pastel bedspreads and white upholstered chairs. All rooms have minibars, baths and some of them include centre de benestar baths. A full buffet breakfast with croissants, cakes, yogurts, ham and cheese is served daily. Punta del Este’s chic Gorlero Avenue, with plenty of cafes, sala d'esmorzar bufets and designer stores is less than 2 blocks from the mansió. Remanso offers tourist advice as well as bicycle and car rental. Shuttles to Punta del Este International Airport, 12 km away, can be arranged.

"An unusually large selection of good food to choose from for breakfast. Reception staff understood english. I appreciated that one could borrow bathing towels, deck chairs and a parasol free of charge for use on the beach."

"Hotel furniture and aesthetics are outdated, I felt like back in the 80s (before I was even born \o/). However, this is not necessarily bad - I personally do not mind it as I value other things rather than external appearance. Don't let that fool your stay or your choice of this hotel, as there would be a huge cost to renovate the hotel and this cost would certainly be passed along to customers. The only bad thing about this hotel in my opinion is the parking lot; it is very convenient in Punta to be in a hotel with available parking space! However, the parking facilities are extremely narrow and it can be very difficult to make turns and park the car properly. Be very patient and attentive when parking."
