"Hotel is nice, it tries to look like standard European hotel networks, but with many glitches"

"Internet works terribly here, network is unstable and sometimes it comes and goes several times per minute. Very difficult to do anything meaningful online here. Mediocre breakfast, you can get far better and cheaper one in literally any fancy restaurant around. The staff has poor local knowledge – the hotel is marketed as with their own parking which is so small that very few guests can use it. Yet the receptionist was unable to explain me how the paid city parking system works. All in all, it is a nice place, but the next time I will go elsewhere."

"Everything was good overall. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful with every question or issue (for example, they immediately offered a toothbrush and toothpaste free of charge upon request). Room was clean and tidy, free wifi, mini bar with some snacks and drinks."

"Since I had to leave earlier than breakfast time, I was offered a “lunch box,” which I appreciated given the tight schedule. However, the content of the box was unexpected: 1 apple, 1 orange, a “sandwich” made of two pieces of toast with ketchup, a slice of sausage and cheese, 1 bottle of water, 1 yogurt, and a stick of instant coffee. It was edible, but I was expecting something more substantial. Additionally, I noticed that the batteries in both TV remotes were dead, though this is a minor issue."

"Has a shelter. Thankfully, we didn’t need to check it, but overall it’s nice to have one."

"People at front desk tell you your room number out loud and it’s not very nice. I would’ve asked to change rooms if I were traveling solo."

"Central and quiet location. We haven't used a taxi at all, just walked everywhere. Spacious room, comfortable beds, good sound isolation (we managed to sleep even during air alarms). Decent breakfast."
