"Amazing stay in centre of Dnipro. During power outages the generator of hotel worked perfectly. Thank you, breakfast was nice"

"Great location, right in the city center, with good restaurants within walking distance. Despite frequent power outages in the city, the hotel always had electricity and hot water. The room was warm and quite comfortable. There is also a well-equipped bomb shelter in the parking area. I definitely recommend this hotel."

"Great view from the 9th floor, room 901. Lots of windows, very bright and cozy. Warm and comfortable room."

"However, the sound insulation between rooms is poor — you can clearly hear conversations from the neighbouring room, as well as when they open windows or close the curtains. Practically every sound is audible. Breakfast was good, but there was no freshly brewed coffee, only instant. Also, there were no meat options available. I assume this is due to dietary restrictions related to a kosher menu."

"The hotel was comfortable. Any interaction with the staff was pleasant. The city centre is within a short walking distance and therefore convenient. The laundry service was impeccable."

"I'm do not wish to come across as being picky or criticizing because I understand perfectly that the ongoing war being inflicted by the Russians on Ukraine has a huge negative impact on everything and everybody. But to answer your question 'What didn't you like?' ... It's only a minor detail, but it took about 5-6 minutes for hot water to arrive to the bathroom. Of course once I understood that this was the case I anticipated and turned on the tap 5 minutes in advance."

"Хороший номер для роботи і відпочинку. Чистий, просторий, добре вмебльований. Поселили навіть раніше встановленого часу (тобто за годину до 14.00). На рецепції був приязний персонал. І коли виявили помилку (тобто спочатку запропонували сніданок, який врешті виявився недоступним, бо починаються сніданки з 08.00, то швидко повернули цю частину коштів)."

"На жаль, нині сніданки доступні лише з 08.00. Але пояснили це недостатньою завантаженістю готелю. Мені це не була критична проблема. Просто варто враховувати цей момент."
