"Nice big room with lots of space and everything needed for a great stay. We asked for second blanket, and the staff got it for us in shortest time. Breakfast was mediocre - nothing exceptional, but a nice option for a quick bite before going to explore the city. Also great walkable distance to the city center."
"The room was for two people, so we expected two blankets on the bed already. Would be great to have a kettle in the room, especially in winter time. A bit cold, so maybe more insulation on the windows."

"We were served breakfast earlier than they usually serve it, as we asked to have it at 6:45. Their breakfasts are tasty and pretty big. The place was clean and the staff was friendly."

"Їздили сім'єю на вихідні до Черкас. Вибрали даний готель і не помилилися. Дівчата на рецепції дуже вічливі. Заселили нас раніше зазначеного часу. Відключення світла нас не турбувало, відразу переключали. Номер був чистий, світлий і з ремонтом. В номері є телевізор, кондиціонер, телевізор, фен, змінне взуття та вода. Були в лютому, в номері дуже тепло. Постіль чиста, подушки зручні. Ванна також чиста. На сніданок був шведський стіл. Все було свіже і смачне. Їжа була на будь- який смак. Якщо будемо ще в Черкасах обов'язково зупинимося в даному готелі."

"Сніданок написано з 8-12 А прибирано вже о 11.30. Тому табличку потрібно переписати з 8-11 а потім прибирати після гостей готелю. Ще й прибиральниця з обурливою мімікою що типу все я помила ніхто вже не їсть і не п'є чай ."
