"This was a really comfortable place to stay. Huge studio room with kitchen and actually working AC + washing machine, free WiFi, TV, boiler, all nice and clean, and the soundproof was surprisingly good too. Bonus point goes to the friendly personnel. The building is tall and located in the city center vicinity, so the higher floor you get, the better the city view from the window will be. Absolutely recommended."

The hist very kindly shared the schedule of power outage with me, but luckily the situation with electricity was quite good. The location is very good, close to metro station, shops and restaurants.
