"The location of Stone Town house is excellent and very convenient for exploring Stone Town. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially when assisting with luggage up the stairs. The room was clean and provided what I needed for a short stay. For a couple of nights, it worked well as a simple base to sleep while exploring the area."
"This is an old historic building, so expectations should match that. There are multiple floors with many stairs and no elevator, which may be difficult for some guests. The rooms are basic rather than luxurious. My single room was small, with limited storage space and only the essentials. While it was clean, the facilities such as the bathroom and shower feel dated due to the age of the building. Overall, it’s a practical choice if you want a central location and don’t need luxury or modern amenities, but it’s best suited for short stays."

"Great location for touring stone town. Ferry port and foordhani food market was nearby. We also got a ground floor spacious room which was handy for all our cases. Pleasent staff and good housekeeping"
