"The majority of the staff in restaurant didn’t seem to care much. We had dinner at the restaurant once and the quality nor the service was good, which was a pity because the prices where much more expensive than elsewhere but we wanted to give it a shot especially because the breakfast was reall good."

"Ice bath!!!! 😍🫠 We couldn’t even expect for this! It was so good to go to ice bath in the morning and after excursions! Also, there was life music! Very friendly staff and very nice hotel design, with the shower like in a balcony 🥰"

"- The staff was very friendly and helpful. - Communication with the reception was very efficient using WhatsApp. - The food at the hotel restaurant was very good, as well as the breakfast that had enough variety- I would definitely recommend trying the chef’s specials as they never disappointed. - The rooms look great, just like the photos on Booking. - The rooms were clean, room service did a great job and was prompt anytime we asked for something. - The hotel provides a free buggy service to the beach, it can be very useful."

"- I noticed a few inconsistencies between the two rooms of the same grade we stayed in: one did not provide amenities such as shaving kit, toothbrush, the other room was missing the towel drying rack and the walls very visibly less cleaner than the ones in the first room (maybe something to do with humidity) The below 3 point are regarding the location: -There are construction sites all around the hotel so there is no chance to relax on the balcony, as you would only hear construction noise and see construction sites - that will of course change once those buildings are completed. I will say this, you can’t hear too much of the noise from the rooms, they seem to have good noise isolation. - If your budget allows it, I would recommend going for a hotel with direct access to the beach, this will definitely improve your experience in Zanzibar. - There is a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel to the center of Paje where you have other restaurants/ exchange, it might not seem much but the way there is a road with no walkway for pedestrians, you have to walk on the side of the dirt road with cars traveling with high speed next to you."

"I stayed at this hotel for one week and absolutely loved every moment of it. The staff were exceptional — always available, incredibly kind, and truly attentive to every detail. They made me feel genuinely cared for throughout my stay. The accommodations were comfortable, well maintained, and perfectly suited for a relaxing vacation. One of the highlights was definitely the breakfast: a varied à la carte menu with great quality and plenty of choice, which made every morning a real pleasure. Everything exceeded my expectations.
