"Bibi is a very warm and kind host. She rents out three rooms in her small private guesthouse, which is located directly on the beach, surrounded by larger and more expensive hotels. Staying here feels very personal — you are almost part of her daily life. She is always approachable, genuinely cares about her guests, and does her best to make the stay comfortable. Her lovely dog Hungry quickly grows on you and adds to the friendly atmosphere. The house is well maintained, with Bibi and two staff members taking care of cleanliness and daily upkeep. it’s a local Sansibar house - I loved it - so keep this in mind with your own expectations ;) Guests can use the kitchen, step straight into the sea, and enjoy conversations or shared moments with the host. A great choice for travelers who appreciate a local, personal stay rather than a standard hotel experience."

"Its a very nice location, the ap was big and clean, and the temperature inside was ok, we didn’t need the air conditioner, we use it just for dehumidifier. The pool was amazing and the reception bar, but unfortunately they closed it, we didn’t found the reason."

"I extended my stay—twice—because it was just so wonderful and comfortable! Host Lameck is so friendly and worldly; I loved meeting and chatting with him. The house is gorgeous, in the elegant suburb of Mbweni, and the room is cavernous, clean, and with a stunning view from the massive balcony that I loved taking in every day. The staff took care of everything and made it feel like home. The area is quiet as it’s more residential, but incredibly safe—I felt fine walking around myself at night. Like many properties in the area, payment in cash is preferred—so take out enough!"
