"L'accueil de la personne à la réception, sa gentillesse, toujours prête à rendre service (nous a conduites aux sources chaudes et le dernier jour à la gare). Machine à laver le linge très pratique, eau chaude à disposition pour le petit déjeuner. Chambre très grande, salle de bain avec douche séparée par une vitre qui évite de tout mouiller."

"1.一樓大廳共用冰箱、飲水機、沖泡包都可使用 2.有wifi 3.一樓雙車庫 現場依照房客車輛空間安排 4.知本的巷弄內非常安靜而且附近獨棟全都是一樣設計的民宿 5.有室內拖鞋 6.小姐姐管家待人親切而且還有店狗貴賓犬很親人，有任何問題都能立刻反應立即解決 7.有私人陽台 8.電視Mod固定幾個頻道 熱門影視沒開放可惜了一點 9.房間內空間大 有掛衣架 小餐桌×2 沙發躺椅 小椅子×2 10.當下發現冷氣遙控沒電&房間內電燈壞掉，晚上就有人員幫忙更換很讚 11.浴室蓮蓬頭水柱很強，熱水也非常充足 12.盥洗用具很足夠一人一條浴巾 ，雖沒有毛巾可惜了一點，牙刷&透明塑膠杯&刮鬍刀都有 13.一樓有管家房&交誼廳，有問題可以快速解決很貼心"
"1.乾溼分離的浴室設計沒有門，導致雖然有分開兩個區域，但浴室的水會噴濺到廁所的位子（可加裝浴簾阻隔兩個空間） 2.浴室排水不良&浴室的排水管有水錘效應 3.房間的水晶吊燈燈光昏黃很有氣氛，但光線有點不足 4.浴室可加裝排氣扇將廁所&浴室的濕氣&氣體快速排至戶外，減少浴室發霉&異味殘留 5.房內插座稍微不足 6.廁所吹風機可更換成一般民間使用的吹風機，房內所配置的是古早飯店內建式的按壓吹風機，非常小巧卻容易過熱 7.馬桶的款式需要一直按壓才能沖乾淨，無法按一下就離開的那種"

The hosts went above and beyond to ensure we were warm, dry, comfortable and fed after being in the rain all day. We were grateful for the delicious food, and the opportunity to rinse off our bikes. "老板人很好又親切，這是我時隔快10年的三訪了，雖然民宿偏老舊，但住的還是挺舒適的，床睡起來很舒服，尤其是早餐，有簡單的吐司果醬，還有中式的稀飯，但素菜跟葷菜的選項多到可以吃很多盤，超好吃的！也喜歡地點位在童玩節的後門，早上吃完早餐就能步行距離不到五分鐘入園遊玩，結束後還能回來民宿盥洗整理，真是太方便了！"

"Free shuttle's driver was very friendly and helpful. The boy helping us to check-in was more friendly and patient. Room with nice view and clean. The vendor machine selling cold drinks has reasonable prices. Good to have a microwave to use in the lobby area while there are only 2 convenience stores nearby"
