"飯店位於羅東鎮警察局旁邊，有含早餐（早餐及服務人員都很棒！），逛夜市非常方便. ps.浴室內有毛巾架、洗臉台上寬敞可放置衣物.雖然設備稍微老舊，但整體上維持乾淨整潔."
"車輛停放需搭電梯到地下三樓，內有機械、平面車位，空間有限稍嫌不便.（還好隔壁另有私人平面停車場），"
"地點非常好，靠近羅東夜市及市區，有配合的停車場，距離不遠。1樓的接待人員及其他工作人員皆十分親切，12樓的遊戲室相當棒，設有監視器，工作人員也會說明注意事項。房內有提供瓶裝水及紙拖鞋，住宿的該樓有飲水機。浴室沒有乾濕分離，使用浴缸及浴簾，有免治馬桶。早餐中式餐點居多，也有提供西式麵包及抹醬，室內座位有限，人多時會客滿。"
"房間進門處霉味相當明顯，但房內還好。浴室的蓮蓬頭與水管接合度不佳，水有時會亂噴。洗手台的高度太高，幼兒園小孩無法自行洗手。"
