"The hotel is perfectly located very near the Taipei 101 building, which is convenient. We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. They handled the communication very well; they responded promptly to all my inquiries during the booking process. Throughout our stay, the staff were incredibly polite and eager to help us. We arrived early and left our luggage at the front desk before check-in. By the time we returned to officially check in, we were delighted to find that our bags had already been delivered to our room. A highlight of our trip was my daughter’s birthday, which fell on Valentine's Day—the hotel surprised her with a thoughtful birthday gift! We were so touched by their hospitality."

"The bathroom has an open shower design, and I found it difficult to find a convenient place to hang a change of dry clothes or towels after my shower."

"Simple breakfast with variety of continental food available. Rooms are decorated with very easy to digest layouts and plenty of amenities available such as water, coffee and tea bags with a kettle to boil hot water. Bathroom utilities were plentiful, the best being the dreame brand hair dryer. Staff were highly polite and helpful when checking in and out and even provided extra bedding when we changed rooms to accommodate our family."

"3rd floor rooms temperature setting couldn't be changed. A very stuffy experience unless I opened the window. But opening the window meant a lot of external noise especially to late night party goers nearby. 9th floor room was better with the temperature regulation. Also, no free parking so I needed to find a nearby area to park the car."

"The surrounding area (back street) although convenient, were full of bars and young adults drinking, hanging out late into the night and early morning. I wouldn't say this location is great for families with young kids or babies. The rooms also seem old especially the carpet. The rooms could have been more clean (found hair and areas not dusted)"

"This hotel was in such a convenient location, being a quick walk from the train station, close to both 7/11 and Family Mart, and within walking distance to a variety of restaurants and shopping malls. We also loved the breakfast so much that we went twice, although we weren't necessarily planning to go at all."

"The only downside to our stay was the noise levels. Within the building (between rooms and hallways), the sound proofing was decent. One night our neighbour was a little noisy but not enough to alert hotel staff. However, the windows seem like they could be sealed better, as there were a few nights where we were woken up by late night party goers (a selection of bars close by were open late)."

"This is like my fifth time staying in the same hotel. I really love the location, room size and the comfortable beds. It's so accessible to Xinyi district with many shopping options. You can find all luxury brands there. It's walking distance to the train station. There are many options for dinning."

"The breakfast spread was alright except that they don't top up when it's around 930am. So it can be quite disappointing. I didn't like the facing of the room once its has a few bars downstairs. The worst is on Friday and Saturday. U can heard the music and people laughing and talking loudly. It does disturbs my sleep. I am on level 9 this time. You can ask for the other facing which wont has the problem."

"The location was fabulous for shops, Taipei 101, restaurants. The noise level around the hotel area because of its location was a bit loud till around 2am-ish, even from the 10th floor. Ear plugs and the aircon on, did the trick. The staff were very helpful throughout my stay."

"Location was excellent - very close to all the Xinyi shopping like A11, A13 etc. and close to XiangShan station on the red line. The gym was phenomenal never quite seen anything like this, the Fitness Factory 1 min round the corner is huge and full of equipment for every need and never that busy as it is so big - there are more expensive chain hotels that could never deliver this standard on-site, a real plus. I wish more hotels entered such partnerships instead of providing mediocre gyms. I like that the hotel provide you with a fresh towel and a bottle of water together with your gym voucher. I also really liked the focus on showcasing niche Taiwan local brands in the room. The toiletries were really good and the in-room drip coffee and tea were excellent; it really made me want to seek out Oklao to take some of those trip coffee bags home with me!"
