"I didn't like those beds i thought i booked a double size bed not two beds combined together. Its not comfortable to sleep because of the unusual noise of something that was banging in the roof or the wall i don't where it was coming but it was very annoying. I was disappointed about the food, we are expecting a buffet meal for breakfast instead they just gave us 2 pieces of sh*t sandwiches and two tetra packs of milk tea. Its not worth what we have paid for. This hotel is the worst i've ever booked in."

"The big windows in one room. The other room had no windows though, though this made it a lot quieter than the room with windows overlooking the car park. The woman who cooked breakfast was always so friendly and nice."

"The breakfast is simple but nice mix of western and Chinese. They even had vegetarian meat alternatives. The property was built in 2010, damaged by the typhoon in 2015 and then repaired. You can feel the history of the place, which is something I loved. It might not be for everyone if things like DIY repairs and signs of age bother you. The view is amazing. Having a large hot spring bath (hot and cold) for yourself is amazing. The staff are all very nice and polite and helpful."
