"Я прибыла в отель раньше .чем была оформлена бронь...Самолет прилетел ночью...После тяжелой ночи.проведенной в дороге..мне предоставили комнату и я смогла принять душ. и поспать...Персонал очень внимательный.По интересующему меня вопросу .относительно недоразумения с представителями booking и компании .которая должна была предоставить мне в аэропорту авто в аренду...подтвердив резервацию и не предоставив авто...администраторы отеля уделили мне очень много своего времени и навыков в том .чтобы всеже связаться с виновными и найти с ними контакт..и в конце разрешить мою проблему с возвратом денег. В отеле провела всего 4 дня..(небольшой отдых перед большими делами) Моя поездка была нацелена на лечение в Измире... В общем .отель соответсвует цена качество.Мне понравилось.Рекомендую ."

"Deniz manzaralı aydınlık temiz oda. Banyo da temiz ve küçük değil. Kahvaltı harikaydı. Çalışanlar kibar. Her şeyi beğendik. Otelin yanında otogar plaj market falan var."

"Familien geführtes Hotel mit freundlichen Mitarbeitern. Lage spitze für den Tollen Ilica Strand 400m ( Malediven Feeling). Wir hatten 3. Bett Zimmer groß und Sauber, Bad auch im guten Zustand. Klima funktioniert und stinkt nicht. Frühstück für uns ausreichend ( nicht zu vergleichen mit 5 Sterne Resorts war uns bewusst). Wenn man Nachtleben mag ist auch Alacati Zentrum nur ca. 2,5Km entfernt. Dort gibt es auch ausreichend Möglichkeiten zum Essen. Ums Hotel gibt es aber auch 3-4 gute Lokale."

"Отличное соотношение цена / качество. Близко к пляжу и вокзалу (можно при желании съездить в Измир), до центра Алачаты и Чешме ходит местная маршрутка (долмуш). Персонал приветливый, старались помочь и ответить на все вопросы. Номер соответствовал описанию, уборка и замена полотенец проводилась каждый день. Завтраки - классические турецкие, было все необходимое. Однозначно могу рекомендовать для отдыха в этой локации."
