"We had a pleasant stay from the start! Nadia ensured we are comfortable & sorted with everything we need. She speaks English, Arabic, French & Turkish. There are upgrades being done on the place and we are excited to see the results! The place is perfectly located in the quiet & colourful streets of Alaçati with the basics within walking distance from the hotel. The car parking area is also just 2mins walk from the hotel. We dropped and picked up our luggage at the front door. I also loved the introduction of Asian & African decor in the reception area. The map on the wall where people could pin a note is also great! The rooms are clean and comfortable. It exceeded my expectations."

"Excellent location and wonderful staff. Appreciated the at-the-ready tea kettle, milk, sugar available 24/7 in the comfy reception room. The staff also graciously changed our room upon request after our first night. Also appreciate the full water force for showers without the fear of running out of hot water as happens in hotels cutting corners with their water heaters."

"Hotel is located directly at the main street at the sea side - literally few steps to be on the beach. Plenty of restaurants and stores around. Hotel has two buildings- one with rooms, and another with small apartments. Both have swimming pool. Breakfast is good, lots of Turkish cheeses, bread, fruits and marmalades. Big choice of olives and local vegetables and fruits. Coffee and Turkish tee of course delicious. Everything was fresh and tasty. Small grocery stores are near by."

"We’ve been traveling around Europe for the last four months, and this is our 26th apartment during that time. We’ve developed a good sense of what makes an apartment great — and what doesn’t. This one is in a good location, and its price is reasonable compared with the expensive hotels nearby. It’s close to the bus stop and a supermarket, and it’s not far from the beach and the Ilica town area — all walkable. Our apartment was on the first floor overlooking the pool. It was very spacious, with two bedrooms and a nice outlook from the balcony. It was never quite warm enough for us to swim in early October, but the pool was clean. The bed was very comfortable, and the washing machine and kitchen were useful. It had good seating and a kitchen table to eat at. The apartment would be a great size for a family."

"The location was very good. It was close to Ayvalık center. You might even walk there. Supermarket is very close by too. Breakfast was also ok. Cheese was sometimes a bit old, I needed to clean that part, also sometimes with hair but it was ok for this price.. I was so happy to see the sea in front of it. I wasn't sure with the photos if they have a sea in front of it."

"I like only doorman, because he was only guy who also speak English and he was very kind, park our car, took our suitcase and every time we need something he was translating to the receptionist."
