Despite arriving after midnight, the staff welcomed us warmly and even upgraded our room to a triple when they saw we had a child. The room was clean, and the breakfast was satisfactory—our child particularly enjoyed the cornflakes. An exceptional moment was when we forgot our wallet in the room. The staff demonstrated great honesty and respect by promptly calling us to come back and retrieve it. Their integrity left a lasting impression on us. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and will definitely return if we visit Courm again."

"The hotel is a modern building in the bazaar area of the old city center near the Saat Kulesi (clocktower) and the Ulu Cami. The staff is friendly and helpful and on the third floor, one serves breakfast a very good buffet."
