"The room we stayed in was exceptional - we stayed in the fairy chimney cave, which felt very much like living in a cave, unlike other rooms which have square wall. It was a very unique experience, with excellent balcony views overlooking Goreme. The staff were also friendly and helpful."

"I felt the breakfast could have been better. Options were quite limited. We were also a bit disappointed that the traditional turkish carpets weren't on the rooftops - one of the reasons we selected this resort was to take pictures on the rooftop with the carpets, overlooking the hot air balloons."

"We loved the uniqueness of the room. The little private balcony to sit and watch the balloons at sunrise was so good. Roof top of the hotel to look out at Cappadocia’s beautiful landscape was great. Staff were helpful and friendly. Great breakfast area with a view too."

"We arrived at Harman cave early in the morning. There was no one at reception at that point, but someone turned up shortly after. We asked for towels to freshen up but were told we would have to wait for check-in. The reception staff made an exception and allowed me to use the wifi before check-in. We were allowed to get a cup of coffee from the breakfast buffet. The hotel itself is uphill, so not recommended to those who have mobility issues. Breakfast was ok with limited variety. The evening staff were friendly. The room itself was very comfortable as were the beds."

"It was not value for money for the facilities on offer. For some reason, one of the staff decided to spray water onto the floor while we were seated in the courtyard with no regard about spraying water onto us."

"I stayed at an amazing hotel in Cappadocia and couldn’t have been happier with the experience. The place was spotless, beautifully designed, and totally Instagram-worthy. It's also in a great location—just a short 5 to 10 minute walk to the city center, which made everything super accessible. The staff were one of the highlights. They were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. They made booking tours easy and stress-free, which meant we could just focus on enjoying our trip. We also appreciated the little chats with them—it made the stay feel even more personal. Breakfast was included with our stay, and it was really good—fresh, tasty, and a great way to start the day. I’d absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting Cappadocia. I’m already telling friends and family to stay there!"
