La Garden House és una casa tradicional amb 1 dormitori, situada en un jardí de flors, a Selcuk, a 5 minuts a peu del Museu d'Efes. Té parets de pedra a la panorama i una piscina climatitzada exterior compartida. L'habitació té una zona de biblioteca i dóna cap a una terrassa amb panorama sobre el jardí. La sala disposa d'una llar de foc de llenya, 2 sofàs llit dobles i un bany actual amb rentadora. La cuina té un sostre inclinat de fusta, fogons, forn, nevera-congelador, rentaplats i estris de cuina. A 5 minuts amb cotxe trobareu un supermercat i diversos restaurants. Hi ha una terrassa exterior coberta amb sofà i llar de foc. Una porta del jardí dóna cap a la llacuna, compartida amb la Goldsmith House, situada just al costat i conjuntament disponible per llogar. D'altra Banda disposa d'internet Wi-Fi gratuïta. La Garden House és a 5 minuts a peu de les ruïnes del temple d'Àrtemis, a 15 minuts amb cotxe de la platja més propera i a 45 minuts amb cotxe de l'aeroport d'Izmir. L'establiment té zona d'aparcament.

"From the beginning you could realise that Allison thinks of many details and cares a lot. Getting the keys and entering the house was very easy (contactless). The garden, the furniture, the book with housing rules and travel tipps, the cleanliness -> everything planned very well and with great care. Very late checkout was offered. We enjoyed the stay a lot and would clearly recommend it."
"It was not clear to us that the pool was shared between 3 houses, don´t know if we just missed it. But in reality it was no issue, it was always empty, when we wanted to use it. Checkout rules could also be mentioned in the book. Despite that, it was still by far the best stay of our holidays."

"The size of the room was good, everything was spotlessly clean, the bed was comfortable, aircon worked well and there was a balcony to the back side. With the windows and doors closed, it wasn't too loud, however I use to wear earplugs anyway when staying in hotels. The breakfast buffet was nothing special, but sufficient. There are countless small shops, eateries and a supermarket right around the hotel and it's only a few minutes walk to the beach promenade. The value for the money was really good and I ended up staying four days instead of the one planned, because the town and the surroundings were so pleasantly nice and laid back."

"Breakfast is basic but good. I'm aware that it was off season for this location. It was very quiet the days i was there. Sauna and swimmingpool ive used one time and that was good. Room was nice and clean. People at the reception were very helpfull when needed."
"It was a very nice stay. The hotel is located at the very seaside. The beach is clean and has a lot of space. The owner and the guys at reception are very friendly and helping. The pool is big, nice, and clean, and can substitute the sea during the windy days. There was an everyday cleaning with 2 times a week towels change. The location of the hotel is perfect, not in the very noisy area but close to any attraction/facility. The prices at the bar/restaurant are similar to the prices of others."
