"Arrived at the hotel at 6.30am after a 2 hour walk from the Esenler bus station. The gentleman on duty gave me a cup of coffee and I was given a room at 7.00am. The nice curtain, carpet and warm feeling in the room was much appreciated. A small glass fridge was cold inside and was used to keep water and other items cold. That was great. The TV worked well, unlike the snowy TV's in other Turkish hotels. Breakfast was excellent. Staff were very nice to deal with. Hotel was close to the money exchange outlets and the bus terminal for the airport."

"We received very warm welcome at the reception and the service was friendly and efficient throughout the stay. The location was very convenient for us for personal reasons, but in fact the place is very close to the main communication lines of Istanbul (tram, metro) and both Sultanahmet and even Balat are within a walking distance. Breakfast is nominally since 8am, but we managed to get it a bit earlier upon request. There are many place to go out to eat in the vicinity."
"The only problem, but this was NOT the fault of the hotel, was extremely loud music outside until 1am, perhaps from a club or so (it was on Friday night). Perhaps asking for a room not facing the street would not be a bad idea."
