"I had a wonderful stay at Divan Istanbul and I believe it truly deserves 5 stars. The service was excellent from the moment I arrived. The reception staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming, always going out of their way to assist. The hotel has a very calm and peaceful atmosphere, which I really appreciated. For the price I paid, the value for money is outstanding."
"I wouldn't say there was anything I disliked, but there is definitely room for improvement in the breakfast area. The staff there seemed very stressed and rushed. I believe it’s important to start the day with a genuine smile from the heart, especially in the morning. Even if it was a busy week, a warmer and more relaxed attitude from the dining team would make the experience perfect."

"Everything from check-in to check-out (both carried out smoothly with professionalism and patience by Eren). The room was spacious and well-equipped. I was especially nice to find the Atelier Rebul products in the bathroom! I used the hotel spa. I didn't use the massage option, just the steam room, sauna, and hamam. Both the whole space and my experience were impeccable. Breakfast was also beyond perfect. Not too big but with a lot of options. Everything was fresh and tasty."

"Our stay at Divan Istanbul was excellent, and we truly wished we had more time there as we stayed only one night. The service was outstanding — special thanks to our receptionist Samet D., who made everything easy and seamless, from a room upgrade to a late check-out and returning our deposit in the currency we preferred. We loved the breakfast, our room, and the stunning view, and also enjoyed the pool and sauna. Luggage storage was very convenient before our departure to the airport."
