"From the moment we checked in, Maria was very attentive to our needs which included bringing in extra cutlery, an extra chair and other small necessities. The rooms/bathrooms were clean, our beds were comfortable and we enjoyed the little seating area outside. The small apartment came with air con, which what we looked forward to after a long day out. This was our first time using Paradise Inn for accomodation, and I would recommend as it is close to town. Checking in was smooth and Maria allowed us to stay a little longer to check out which we were thankful for. A lovely staff member named Nita helped us with our luggage as we were heading off to the airport. Thank you Maria for your hospitality and for always replying promptly to any questions we had in our brief stay. Highly recommend!"

"Thanks so much to Maria, the hostess, for the great service, the daily tour planning and a lot of information. Maria is warm hearted, friendly and thoughtful. Fantastic breakfast with gorgeous dishes and fresh local fruits; Different foods each day. I much enjoyed fried rice with egg and onions, shredded curry potatoes, dumplings with chive and egg. They also provided coffee, sandwiches, garlic breads, bacon and eggs etc. Many thanks to the chef, Ah Bao, such a wonderful young man and loyal staff. Cleaned and comfortable bed and pillow. Nice air conditioning. Good services for picking up and dropping off to the airport, and rental car."

"It would be better if I could find some cutlery and kitchen utensils in the kitchen. The floor could be cleaner (I understand that the cleaning is more than the standard in Tonga)."

"The breakfast was exceptionally nice and thoughtfully prepared — truly delicious and enjoyable every morning. The hotel also provides car rental services, which made our trip incredibly convenient. A special thanks to Maria for taking such great care of us. She gave us very helpful travel guidance and recommendations, which made our holiday truly unforgettable. Her kindness and professionalism made a huge difference to our experience. This is definitely a hotel worth recommending. We would love to come back again!"

"Maria and her team were great hosts. We were upgraded to a bigger room, so our little one could be more comfortable, which we really appreciated. The highlight was definitely the breakfast: every day there was a feast, with everything from fresh fruit to cooked dumplings and noodles. We also rented one of the accommodation’s cars for a day, which was super easy to organise. Maria also recommended the Pangaimotu Island trip, and we loved it."

"This isn’t negative, but we usually wake up quite early, and breakfast started at 8:30 am, which was a bit late for us. Starting breakfast slightly earlier would be great."

"The room has plenty of space: it actually has a full size kitchen with two sofas and chairs, a big sleeping room and a huge toilet. Kitchen and bedroom both have an AC. I also liked that the staff was very helpful with assisting my requests sent via WhatsApp."

"I mentioned the staff friendliness but many of my requests could have been better not to have. For example, in the big kitchen with a kettle and a stove, there is zero dishes: no pans, no pots and even no tea cups! No silverware etc. I would expect at least some basic set like a couple of cups, plates, forks and spoons. Apart from that, the WiFi just didn’t work. It worked on the second floor where they serve breakfasts, but not inside my room on the first (ground) floor. I also noticed that bathroom was a bit dated and some parts needed renovation or repair."
