"There is a really nice spa complex at The Residence with wonderful Tunisian massage professionals. I loved the internal pool with warm sea water. Nice teas and herbal drinks are provided. All staff is super friendly and helpful across all divisions of the hotel. Very generous helpings if fruits are brought every day in the room. It is very clean in the rooms too."
"There was only one restaurant open (out of three) in the hotel due to Ramadan time and not a busy season. Therefore there was impossible to order by the menu. Everyone was given the same special set dinner which was very tasty indeed but some people may find the huge amount of food a bit overwhelming. The food was of the fine quality though."

"We had a wonderful 4 day stay in January 26 We were very pleasantly surprised on our arriva with an upgrade to a suite which was absolutely amazing with a sea view. ALL the staff from doormen, reception, waiters and room service were very polite, friendly and very helpful. The whole hotel was immaculate. The gardens and pool area also very well kept. Indoor pool and spa facilities also very nice. Top it all of with a lovely walk through the gardens to a lovely private beach. The only negative thing was we had heavy thunderstorms for a couple of days so couldn't use beach. Would highly recommend The Residence. Thank you 🙂l"

"It is a beautiful, classy and very charming hotel. Large comfortable rooms, delightful common areas full of flowers, all with a subtle smell of fleur d'oranger, which makes it even more special. The pool and beach areas are excellent, and staff are truly caring and attentive. Our family loved the stay!"

"El personal es molt amable, servicial i divertit. Els lavabos son compartits pero estan super nets, les habitacions tot i fer molt de fred a fora estan calentes. El menjar està bonissim i contemplen opció vegetariana. Una gran experiència en tots els sentits."
"Wonderful apartment. Clean, comfortable, stylish. Large parking. Very friendly host. He even served us a light breakfast, which is rare for an apartment. The only thing I would add is a microwave in addition to the electric grill in the apartment, but that's a minor detail. I would recommend this apartment to my friends."

Això es degut a la seva ubicació sota terre que li permet mantenir una temperatura constant i agradable tot el dia. Per tant, vàrem dormir molt bé. Sopar i esmorzar i amabilitat del personal molt correctes."
"Lovely trogdolyte hotel with welcoming staff. Easy to get to and you can park right in front of the entrance. We took two rooms for a family of six and had more than enough space. The manger brought us milk, water, and dates after he learned that we were fasting for Ramadan. For the following morning, he prepared for us breakfast in advance so we could eat in our rooms for pre-dawn meal to start our fast. The following morning, a different manager was there and he gave my son big chunks of Desert Rose crystals and even brought us extra water (without us asking) to take along for the next leg of our journey. We are very happy that we chose to stay here."
