"The property is very spacious and has many corridors, so reaching the restaurant is a short walk away. The hotel is surrounded by beautifully maintained greenery, a pleasant and clean beach with sun loungers, and many attractions for children, including a rope park. During my stay, there weren't many attractions, and there weren't many guests. However, the property did offer a golf course, quad bikes, diving trips, and other attractions."

"Everything is nice except the reservation agent to whom I spoke first, and the difficulty to contact the hotel."
"The reservation agent to whom I spoke first was very very rude and had literally no relation with professionalism, this type of reservation agent is giving a bad impression about the hotel before even coming. She is not helpful, and rejecting customers’ requests as if we have to please her to book. The way to the hotel was closed while reaching there, and after informing the hotel, no help and no effort were done from their part. It is almost impossible to contact the hotel on the phone number or email. I have gotten only one answer via email, since then literally no response."
