"Beautifully renovated family home! Good breakfast.our apartment was lovely. Father and son very friendly and helpful. A little oasis! Great location in the Medina, easy walking to all the sights.Super terrace loads and loads of plants on the various levels. Great to sit in the sun and unwind. Great 2 night stay."

"The location was in the Kairouan Medina so easy to find and easy to walk to the souks and the Great Mosque. The dar was beautiful and well designed. Takwa was a fantastic host and very interesting to talk to. We had a communal chef-made dinner in the evening which was a lovely touch, and made the stay even more special. Breakfast was very generous and tasty."

"This house is so beautiful. The room is much bigger than I expected! (it has a living room, bathroom and bedroom). I had the best shower during my time in Tunisia. I had dinner here and loved the soup. The breakfast was also amusing. I wish I could stay longer."

"Beautiful house in the Medina, easy to access from one of the main gates. The rooms were beautifully decorated and a lot of care had been taken to make the rooms as comfortable as possible. The breakfast was one of the best I had in Tunisia, and the people running the guesthouse were absolutely lovely. They kindly let me store my bags in the main office after my check out."

"Had a small problem with the shower drain being blocked. I didn't notice so it caused a small flood! The owners were so helpful and kind and resolved the issue straight away. But best to check if shower is draining well because the bathroom was a wet room directly connected to main bedroom."

"An amazing old mansion repurposed as a Dar (B&B), with spacious and comfortable rooms. It's in the heart of the medina, has a roof terrace and they even added a typical Tunisian breakfast and many recommendations in Kairouan and the surroundings!"
