"És una habitació d'una persona particular molt jove, amb el que té algún ingrés extra amb el lloguer de l'habitació. El pis està compartit amb 2 persones més. El pis és petitó però està ben arregladet i net. És un tercer pis amb ascensor i és bastant difícil de trobar, però el propietari envia la ubicació si et comuniques amb ell per whatsapp."
