"I came for the Bangsaen 10 so everywhere was busy! V was clean and comfortable and the staff were very helpful."

"I would have liked a kettle in the room to make a cup of tea but I think that's quite an English thing!"

"Clean and cozy cottages, we had number 4 and were very satisfied. Pool was cold which I personaly liked, staff is taking a good care about the place. Location is great, there is a bike rental right next to it and many good food and smoothie places."

Beautifully furnished, very comfortable with all the facilities one would expect from a 5* hotel. The breakfast was exceptional with a massive selection of breakfast options. Everything was delivered with efficiency and exceptional service served with courteousness and friendliness. We ate at both the restaurants, Cosmo and Rocksalt several times. Exceptional cuisine and service. Truly delicious food. Although Nai Harn beach is now pretty busy due to extra accommodation in the area and other visitors, the Nai Harn has a very private location and the business of the area does not infringe on this privacy.."

"Eve has been very helpful. The accommodation has no elevator and I'd a luggage which she insisted on helping me to bring it up to the FIFTH floor. She attended all my queries with a smile and a very positive attitude which I really appreciate!! As BangSaen is predominantly a Thai holiday destination, 99/ of the menu and signs are in Thai and the vendors hardly speak English. I explained to Eve that I have a hard time trying to get a transport back to BKK, out of good will, she gave me a lift and even helped me to communicate with the ticket seller to get me a ticket/seat. The room is kept very clean on a daily basis and the bed is very comfortable."
