"Incredible view from the balcony. Small hotel so few guests and thankfully no one reserving sun lounges with towel etc as there just was no need to. Amazing to be able to go snorkelling from the shore and see so many different marine life."

"It’s quite far from the main area of Walking Street so you can’t really just walk to dinner and back again but the hotel puts on a shuttle service into the main area in the evening and you can easily get a taxi back. Pros of this is that it’s nice and quiet."

"It was quiet and peaceful, and yet you could get to restaurants, diving etc very easily we loved walking back along the beach after dinner out."

"The matress was hard but that’s not unusual in Thailand , the beach bar shut at 16.30 although you could get drinks from the restaurant bought down to you , we loved our stay but if we had to say something it would be the amazing facilities aren’t really used to their potential."

"Fantastic views from the bedroom. We loved the location, the private beach ( although there was a lot of broken glass around) and the breakfast (especially the latte art on our coffee). The staff at the beach and driving the shuttle to town were great."

"Firstly getting to the hotel was an adventure and probably pretty difficult if it had been raining. We had a feeling that this was two resorts in one hotel. This is also reflected in the reviews, some fantastic and some not so good. Basically some of the rooms have been renovated and have a pool and other rooms ( where we were staying) were very tired and need updating. It seemed the same at breakfast, the plates for the buffet were dated and plastic but if you ordered something from the menu it came in a modern pottery bowl. The restaurant was also very expensive in comparison to similar resorts. I mentioned our disappointment at the end of our stay, particularly the value for money of our room, this was handled very professionally and an acceptable solution was found. Thank you."

"It was a great location some of it felt a bit tired though and could have been doing with some touching up, outside communal areas. It’s a very small private beach and therefore can get pretty loud and busy. It’s kid friendly so also can be quite noisy in that regard too. Also after staying there I didn’t feel like the price reflected the value."

"The view was amazing, especially from our room with the bathtub on the balcony. Pretty good breakfast for being in SE Asia. The hotel arranged transfer from the hotel to walking street every whole hour from 16:00 till 19:00 which we appreciated."

"As with most hotels, no matter where you go in the world, we were missing stuff to hang our towels and clothes etc on. Sadly there were quite some trash on the beach and in the water during our stay, might be because of the bad weather though."

"The bed is comfy and big, the room is spacious, we got a private pool to ourselves so we can dip in anytime, the view is amazing, the pad Thai is out of this world, the staff is the cherry on top! So friendly warm and quick to help! We had a great time!"

"The bathroom has some smell to it. Need to close the door all the time. Hopefully they can improve on this in future because it's just a tiny issue, we can cope."
