"Very spacious room with a comfy bed and an en-suite. Our room had two balconies with lovely views. Aircon was great. Bathroom was clean. Good location as we were further out from the busy areas of phi phi but still walking distance to everywhere. Only a couple minutes walk up to the famous viewpoints."

"Good value for money. One of the cheaper properties in the area. Great views from the balcony rooms. Good location, away from the loudest noise of the town area, although can still be heard. Nice staff. Very near viewpoint 1 and 2. A/C is very good in the rooms. Would recommend for budget travellers."

"the air con was very temperamental and majority of the time it would only blow warm air so it was uncomfortably hot inside the room, the hotel is also halfway up the stairs for the viewpoint which we weren’t aware of but just bare in mind you have to go up them every time you go to the room, there was also lots of tiny bugs in the room when we arrived and they were often all over our stuff throughout the stay"

"Wasn't kept up to any sort of standard. Was clean but air con kept turning off, shower had a leak that mean you got wet while sat on the loo"

"We loved our stay sand sea house at Koh Phi Phi. Was so clean, amazing my view, great location. We were 15 minutes out of town but beautiful walk through town to the main centre, but meant the accom was peaceful and quiet. The owners were so welcoming and you can book tours easily at the front desk. Very good value for money, would highly recommend staying here."

"There is a few stairs to get there but it means you’re closer to the viewpoint when we did a sunrise hike there."

"Just mind that there is around 100 stairs to go up at this place, if you have a big luggage better hire someone from the port to take it for you, after a long journey taking it all the way up can be devastating."
