"I stayed in the sea view room, which was spacious and well decorated. The breakfast was quite good two. The location of the hotel is 5km distant from the mail beach of Pattaya. However, Grab was very available from the location and in 500m distance they had some amazing seafood restaurants."

"The staffs. Especially the one in the breakfast room. They were very attentive, pleasant, and service minded. The Karen staff spoke limited Thai, but very good English. So when you need something, say it in English, that will be much easier."
"The ‘very very’ low water pressure to take a shower. It took inefficient time to shower, especially washing hair. So you don’t feel fresh after shower. This is because water from the pipe (sourced from tank on top of building) is connected to the shower room’s small water heater hung on the wall. So you adjust water temperature at the water heater. But even with no heating at all, the cold water doesn’t come out fast. To correct the issue, the heated water should be sourced from the main boiler on top of the building, but then the hotel did not have separate hot water pipes in the system. Only one line water pipe was planned, that’s why they installed a wall water heater in each room. Unless they give guest the choice to use only cold water direct from the pipe (not through the heater), this need to be experimented. The reception staff tried every way to help, she kindly upgraded mine to suite room on the lower floor hoping the water pressure wd be better. It was a little better, but still slow."

"Spacious room. Breakfast was very good, a variety of foods to choose from. Great coffee. Lovely staff. Gym was handy. Pool was small but nice all the same. Two 7 elevens around each corner."
