"Les habitacions tenien una neteja suficient, però es podria millorar. Tots els llits tenien mosquiteres."

"Havíem reservat 2 nits perquè just per un esdeveniment els hotels de major categoria estaven tots plens, però vam marxar després de la primera nit. No entenem la puntuació que té aquest hotel. Just els amos es trobaven de viatge i ens va rebre amablement però de forma fugaç una amiga de la família simplement per avisar-nos d’això, però després l’atenció per part del personal ha estat inexistent. Mai sortia ningú per poder demanar un taxi, ni per saber si hi havia possibilitat d’esmorzar ni donar-nos quatre indicacions sobre la illa. De fet, mai no van parlar amb nosaltres per res. I quan hi havia algú no han fet el mínim esforç en entendrens, i no era un problema d’anglès ja que en molts altres llocs que només parlaven tailandès ens hem pogut entendre perfectament. Bàsicament hem hagut de trucar constantment al gerent d’un altre resort perquè ens ajudés en tot. Vam marxar després de la primera nit i crec que ells ni ho sabien, ja que vam baixar nosaltres les motxilles, vam deixar la clau i vam gestionar nosaltres el taxi sense que ells diguessin res. A més, per un viatge de motxillers sense gaires pretensions la qualitat segurament és suficient i la platja està a prop caminant, però nosaltres viatgem amb un bebé d’1 any i l’hotel era molt incòmode. Les habitacions tenen una qualitat justa i són senzilles, amb finestres sense vidres i tots els acabats bastant millorables. El problema és la quantitat de mosquits que entren a l’habitació per tots els forats, que fan que aquesta no es pugui utilitzar si no estàs al llit amb la mosquitera. No vam poder utilitzar la terrassa pel mateix motiu. Les zones comunes de l’hotel són justes. Hi ha una zona de recepció i taules petita, i després totes les cabanyes estàn ubicades a costat i costat de camins d’escales empinats, però no hi ha una zona ajardinada per estar. La pressió de l’aigua de la dutxa era insuficient per poder treure’t el sabó. Vam demanar un cubell per poder banyar al nen però mai ningú ens va donar resposta."

"The staff was nice and friendly but when we got taken to our room the guy just out the bags at the entrance and left without giving any info what so ever. Food was good. Nice place but for us this kind of a room/bungalow was too hot. Also not good if you have a stroller and baby."

The picture had an outdoor terrace with beanbags. Our room had that too, but it didn't look as nice at all. The pictures make the room/bungalow loook way nicer and brighter than real life."

"Close to Charlie beach, which is great. Would recommend to take a room with AC as it can get quite hot. Restaurant's food was great. Friendly and helpful staff."

"The breakfast was delicious, and the bungalow was super cute with a nice balcony facing the trees. Charlie beach within walking distance, as well as a nice massage place next door! Our son really enjoyed the hotel, it was an adventure! The personnel helped with booking trips and excursions. We stayed 4 nights :)"

"Loved this place! We were in no 5 which was tucked out of the way at the end. It was like being in a jungle watching the monies swing through the trees with our morning coffee! Food was also exceptional as were the hosts. They sorted our journey back to Krabi for us. Beautiful Beach about 3 mins walk away"

"Interesting details and design, location close to Charlie beach. In the room there is fridge stacked with drinks for whom you can pay when checking out. Cute monkeys came to visit."

"The lights on the porch did not work. When checking in, we told the staff that we would need a taxi to the pier in the morning and breakfast a bit earlier than official times, it was all approved but in the morning when we came down it took them forever to make the breakfast, also had to ask several times to call the taxi for us, repeating that we need the taxi NOW. So at the end we barely made it to the boat."

"The pictures advertised on Booking.com looked absolutely nothing like the reality. The room was a different roof, different bedding, different mosquito nets, different deck, different furniture, different table. All of which were not as high-quality as in the photos. There was mouldy outdoor furniture, a mouldy couch in the bedroom, stained floors. It was honestly just shockingly bad. When I asked The lady at the front about that incongruency with the photos and what we were actually staying in, she said those photos from booking.com are over six years old. So…"

"The cabin itself is really beautiful. A real jungle vibe. The free water refill is also great. The location is nearby the beach (5 min walk)."

"The staff was quite unfriendly/distant. They didn't speak English well, but pretended to understand you which led to miscommunication. There is no cleaning of the room if you stay three nights like us. Unless you ask and then you need be very specific in what you want cleaned (they didn't clean our bins). They don't give your laundry back folded, but simply in a laundry bin. It just lacked attention to detail and personal touch."

"The food was spectaular... particularly dinner. Some of the best food we ate in our whole trip in Thailand. The family rooms were huge!"

"The huts are quite close together, so we were woken up when our neighbours returned at night. Not a huge problem but just to be aware. The beds werre quite firm. You are in the jungle, and so there are bugs - just ensure you take precaution."
