"A very nice garden, calme and relaxing, away from the noisy city but also away from the restaurants, the night market and everything. The room is quite OK, clean but nothing more. The breakfast is quite basic. Well, it does perfectly the job for Sulphan Buri, just be aware that the city centre is not "a walk away"."

"Refreshing and lush with greenery, like being in a garden house. However, we arrived late at night, around 9 PM. It was very cool and quiet. The villa had two rooms, and the second floor of the house looked like a row of houses, all very peaceful. The next morning, waking up felt like waking up in a different world—lush and beautiful, just as described. Our group of six, dressed in vintage Thai attire, felt like we were filming a short series."
"The darkness and silence made the first visit frightening for everyone. There was no introduction or guidance; a lack of attention to detail was evident. The darkness and insects were a problem. In the villa, the water heater didn't warm the water; we had to reduce the water pressure and turn the tap down low for it to warm up. The temperature control needs fixing. The lighting in the rooms and hallways was insufficient. We stayed in separate rooms in the two-story house. Climbing the stairs to the upper floor had no lighting at all, which was quite scary. We recommend adding more lighting, even solar-powered lights that turn on/off according to light levels, as guests have to carry their own luggage and may trip and fall. There was no one to help carry luggage. The elderly gentleman cycling was visible from afar, seemingly just waking up. For breakfast, the rice porridge in the green pot and the tiffin carrier were interesting and matched the advertisement, but it could have had more ingredients. It felt like it was just placed there haphazardly. In short, it lacked the umami flavor that could be improved. Cleaning and garden maintenance should be done regularly and consistently. We anticipate that in a more prosperous era with a better economy, a more professional team would be in place, leading to more work. Given the current budget limitations, we hope the owner maintains these high standards to elevate the rating to a 10/10."
