Hidden away from the island's busier area and offering a private beach, Larissa Samed resort features comfortable rooms, a garden and free WiFi access. It is a short stroll from Sai Kaew Beach, as well as various restaurants, bars and a 24-hour convenience store. The island's main pier is a 5-minute ride away. Rooms provide air conditioning, satellite TV and a patio with seating. There is also an electric kettle and a mini-fridge. A shower can be found in the en suite bathroom.

"We loved the peaceful location and the private part of the beach, which is excellent for snorkeling, especially in the morning and early afternoon when it’s at its most beautiful. You can bring your own snorkel gear and water shoes, or rent equipment at the reception. The resort is within walking distance of several restaurants, which was very convenient. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful — they assisted us in extending our stay at short notice and arranged an early morning taxi and boat transfer for us. The rooms were lovely and very clean."

"Clean, new and spacious room with high quality finish and a brand new clean bathrooms. Beautiful landscaped gardens and a quiet little beach to read or relax. Sai Keauw beach is a few minutes on foot for swimming and dining. So easy to walk everywhere and the staff were friendly and accomodating."

"This is a privately owned apartment in a complex. It is ground floor in a quiet corner. The apartment is large and is modern with every conceivable appliance you could wish for in the kitchen/lounge.including large fridge, washing machine, hob and microwave. The Bedroom can be separated by ajoining doors. Bed huge and comfortable. Wardrobe large with lots of hangers. There's a safe in the lounge. Bathroom has a non slip walk in shower. There are separate AC units in the lounge/kitchen and Bedroom which is a great idea. You can sit out frint or back. Now the apartment is like a shop. It has games beach stuff sun hats even a couple of crash helmets if you want to rent a bike. The Pool is large and well designed with plenty of sun beds. 10 mins walk to beach.What I also liked was it was next door to Retro Sports Bar which showed all the Foootball Matches and had draft Guinness and next to that a great Kebab Shop."

"Per and Sirilak's apartment at Kamala Regent is lovely. Our hosts were very easy to communicate with and provided helpful information on request. Very clean, spacious and comfortable apartment and friendly people to deal with. Walking distance to just about everything under 1km. Some local coffee and restaurants within a 5 minute walk. On-site facilities such as pool, restaurant and gym very nice and clean. Security were happy to call a taxi for us when we weren't up for walking. We highly recommend and would absolutely stay again. Thank you for making our stay in Kamala memorable 💖"
