"100% recommended; the owners are super kind and always available; we had a problem with the water heater and they fixed it in 10mins, the view is amazing on the fields&mountains, they give free simple breakfast (coffee, fruits, toasts with jam/pb), the rooms are very good and have AC/television/good wifi and it's well decorated, there's a restaurant on site with good local food, it's located a bit out of the city where it's more quiet"

"Walked through the door to be greeted with the most phenomenal view. After being on motorbikes all day it was lovely to just relax in the restaurant with a cold beer and watch the beautiful sunset. The staff were so lovely and friendly they really looked after us well, they made delicious food and that was followed by a wonderful relaxing evening of laughter swapping stories of the MaeHongSon loop with fellow travellers."

"Great location a bit outside the very nice village of Khunyuam, which has a beautiful Wat and lots of useful little shops. The view from our room was absolutely stunning. Quite good basic accommodation.."
"The bed was quite uncomfortable and the bathroom with its wet room was a bit leaky and rather too basic. Breakfast was ok, our host tried hard, but the food on offer for supper was extremely basic and dull. The track to the property must be very treacherous in wet weather"
