"It was a lovely experience. Before arriving, the reception staff called to reassure me about the parking arrangements with an electric car and driver at the car park to take care of the luggage and drive to reception. The reception staff are engaging and welcoming with knowledge about any questions. The staff also pointed out directions to the floating market, which was open for dinner as I arrived late in the afternoon. The hotel has a charming character and a historical past, with a museum and a small temple for prayer. The rooms are spacious and nicely appointed with antique furniture and period fittings in the bathroom. There is a restaurant for dinner and a balcony terrace above for breakfast, both overlooking the river. It was a very pleasant stay for me and I would definitely stay again."

Rooms are very nice - quite luxurious Housekeeping is fantastic - only got better at places like Anantara or Oriental Decent Wi-Fi (not ideal for long conference calls but fine for everything else Beautiful and fascinating surroundings - amazing. One of Amphawa’s top tourist attractions in itself. Fantastic (expensive but justifiably so) cafe and restaurant on site. Short walk to cheap eats and drinks if you don’t want to splash out at Aphawa Sri cafe"
"The two-level rooms with bed loft are suitable for when you want 2-3 beds. As a single or double there is not enough furniture and you are much better off staying in a normal deluxe room (those are excellent). Elderly or overweight people should definitely avoid these rooms!"

"This is a privately owned apartment in a complex. It is ground floor in a quiet corner. The apartment is large and is modern with every conceivable appliance you could wish for in the kitchen/lounge.including large fridge, washing machine, hob and microwave. The Bedroom can be separated by ajoining doors. Bed huge and comfortable. Wardrobe large with lots of hangers. There's a safe in the lounge. Bathroom has a non slip walk in shower. There are separate AC units in the lounge/kitchen and Bedroom which is a great idea. You can sit out frint or back. Now the apartment is like a shop. It has games beach stuff sun hats even a couple of crash helmets if you want to rent a bike. The Pool is large and well designed with plenty of sun beds. 10 mins walk to beach.What I also liked was it was next door to Retro Sports Bar which showed all the Foootball Matches and had draft Guinness and next to that a great Kebab Shop."
"Per and Sirilak's apartment at Kamala Regent is lovely. Our hosts were very easy to communicate with and provided helpful information on request. Very clean, spacious and comfortable apartment and friendly people to deal with. Walking distance to just about everything under 1km. Some local coffee and restaurants within a 5 minute walk. On-site facilities such as pool, restaurant and gym very nice and clean. Security were happy to call a taxi for us when we weren't up for walking. We highly recommend and would absolutely stay again. Thank you for making our stay in Kamala memorable 💖"

"The apartment is spacious and has everything you need for a short home stay or even longer. Good-sized bedrooms, comfy beds and a nicely set up kitchen. The air conditioner works well. It was lovely to sit on the balcony at night and first thing in the morning and hear the jungle. It is a bit out of the way, so it is quite quiet, which was perfect for us. You will need the use of Grab or hire your own transport to get in and out of Kamala and beyond. The pool was nice and a lovely area to chill out in."
