"Il n'y a pas de bruit dans le bâtiment. Le quartier est accessible avec des commodités à proximité (boulevard, supermarché, restaurants, etc.). C'est aussi un quartier assez animé, donc rassurant en terme de sécurité pour un visiteur."

Un entretien de la climatisation aussi pourrait améliorer le confort des clients ainsi qu'un remplacement périodique des ustensiles de cuisine. Enfin, un panneau d'affichage à l'entrée de la rue et au niveau de l'immeuble faciliterait la reconnaissance du logement."

"The contact person was very helpful. The location was near to a supermarket and bank, with easy access to transport into town. The area was quiet and peaceful, no mosques too close. Had dependable wifi, water and electricity."

"The owner gave me an upgrade to a room which had a balcony, a spacious sitting room, and a kitchen. He was also very responsive, picking up the phone whenever I called during the morning or night. There was AC in the sitting room and in the bedroom although I did not feel I needed to use it. The kitchen had a pot and a pan and dishes/cutlery as well as a kettle and a dual refrigerator/freezer. There was no mosquito net for the bed but the bedroom had screens on the windows so that you could maintain ventilation and airflow without letting in mosquitos. I wanted to give a good rating mainly because I can see that the owner has invested effort into this rental business."

"The listing does not say whether or not there is hot water and HOT WATER IS NOT AVAILABLE. In the units with a kitchen you can boil water using the kettle and there are multiple buckets in the shower; the water is also a bit warmer in the afternoon and early evening likely because it has been sitting in the sun. The wifi when it was on was quite fast, but there would be "outages" where I was connected but no wifi was available, and I would need to call the owner to reset it."
