"PERFECT, PERFECT, PERFECT in EVERY WAY!!! Location = PERFECT. 60 seconds from Maho beach! Thats right 60 SECONDS as in 1 MINUTE! Close to restaurant = PERFECT. 30 seconds from breakfast, dinner and shaded view of plane landings!! Apartment = PERFECT. Beautiful, clean, spacious! Key code was even digits from my phone number so that O wouldn’t forget (nice touch. I caught that!) Ground help always around to assist if anything was needed. Gated community which is always manned with security (not that you need it). FANTASTIC WIFI!! Better than what I have at home in New York City!!! Great water pressure in shower!!! Hot and cold water no issue! And AMAZING AC!!!!!!!!!! Communication = Excellent!! I forgot to pay and the night before the manager texted me just to see if I was still coming. No attitude, nothing! Even accommodated me for a late check out for a few more dollars. Folks this is a winner!!!! DO NOT HESITATE on this one!!"

"This beach house is spacious and clean. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, pots and pans. It has a huge wrap around balcony with a Caribbean postcard view all day long. The location is a 5-minute walk from great restaurants and shops, and the world famous Maho Beach. The owner showed great interest and communication as he recommended some picturesque snorkeling spots and great restaurants to eat at which we all checked out and loved. We're definitely staying here again when we come back! Check it out, you wont regret it!"
