"We had a beautiful room with a private bathroom for €65, including a fantastic breakfast buffet. The host is very dedicated and helpful. He also rented us a motorbike for €25 per day. Dinner is available upon request. Furthermore, the owner speaks good English. It was a wonderful stay."

"The location makes it easy to explore the island, the owner is very helpful and managed to arrange two electric bikes for us very last minute as the bike rental in the town didn't work. All breakfasts have been delicious, so has the lunch that they prepared. I recommend booking a boat trip with them as well. The rooms are clean with AC."

"Unfortunately some money went missing from one of our rooms that made us feel a bit a unsafe and created some problem since cash is king on that island (however, we should probably not have left anything in the rooms since there were no safety boxes)"

The hotel is perfectly situated in San Antonio to walk to the restaurants at night. Residencial Brigada is a good price - quality hotel. We booked the smallest room but it was easy to make an upgrade."

Carlos did a nice job to arrange the boat trip and car rental (with a lovely driver:guide) for 3 of us staying at his hotel. Carlos can arrange for a price the airport to hotel pick up and meals .. "Good comfortable room, it had a all the basics, including a good internet connection. Breakfast was buffet style which was good if you are in a hurry, and it had some good dinner options as well."

Carlos (the owner0 speaks English, is highly responsive on WhatsApp and organised all aspects of my stay on Principe - from the airport transfers to sightseeing and delicious meals. Highly recommended (by someone who has lived full-time in hotels for more than 10 years)!"
