"Great accommodation! Very clean, well equiped, and very comfortable beds. Located in a quiet street, but still close to the city center. The hosts Richard and Erwin were great! Always ready to help you with anything you needed, and always down for some fun chats. We spent our Sunday with Richard strolling along the local markets. Highly recommend!"

"The location is excellent - just 15 mins walk from 't Vat... which is the centre of Paramaribo night life. Our family of four made Max' Pool & Garden the base for our holiday in Suriname, checking in and out on four different ooccassions over a two week period. We experienced three different accomodation types - 2x 2 bed apartments, just beside the pool; a beautiful 3 bed first floor apartment with amazing balcony space in villa opposite the main building and a ground floor 3 bed villa (accomodates 9 people - ideally for families with young children) again with outdoor space and best bathroom facilities. Our favourite was the first floor apartment because of the amazing balcony which was so cool in the heat of the day. All accomodation had fully equipped kitchens and there was constant hot water in the bathrooms. We were able to have our clothes laundered during our stay and the hospitality shown by Erwin and Kamela was superior."

"The location was excellent, the pool was awesome and the apartment was very clean. The air-conditioning and hot and cold water worked very well. Our Host Erwin was very helpful and Ms Kamla, the housekeeper was so pleasant and did all she could to assist us."
"I didn't like that there was no complimentary drinking water, not even a small bottle to start off with. There was no extractor fan in the toilet and no table salt and pepper."

"Richard is super aardig en bereidt je overal mee te helpen. Wij hebben een super fijn verblijf gehad, en zijn zelfs anger gebleven. De locatie is top, midden in het centrum en een prima uitvalsbasis om dingen te ondernemen . Het huisje is super schoon en alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. We hadden ook een heerlijk plekje om nog lekker buiten te zitten. Wij kunnen deze accomodatie zeker van harte aan bevelen"
