El Bellavista està enclavat a la zona de vianants de San Marino i és l'únic complex hoteler de la ciutat que té vistes a la Cava dei Balestrieri, on se celebren esdeveniments locals, recreacions medievals i tir amb arc. Les habitacions espaioses tenen WiFi gratuïta, TV i bany privat amb assecador i articles de bany gratuïts. L'esmorzar bufet inclou croissants acabats de fer, melmelades i begudes fredes i calentes. "the location and the view from the room are AMAZING! right in the center of San Marino with their own restaurant. Unfortunately, the restaurant closes at 9:30 PM so we had to dine at a different restaurant. The room is not very big but is well proportioned. Very clean! In our room the mattresses were not good and the night sleep was not of a good quality. Breakfast is simple (sweet) but good."

"Incredible location! It’s right by the viewpoint, and if you have a window at the front of the hotel, the view is absolutely incredible! The room itself was spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom well stocked and had everything that I needed for a short stay. I also have to say thank you to the lady at the front desk who was so welcoming and friendly!"

The staff were very hospitable and helpful with any request I had. Great location too to all main amenities/ sights, and about a 10 minute walk to the bus stop that brings you from Rimini. "Perfect location to explore the old town of San Marino. Walking around to the cable car. There was another family staying there so it was a bit awkward with them using the same front door and walking past our room. It meant our bathroom and living area were not as private as they could have been. But as we were mostly out exploring it didn't bother us much. Very friendly hosts who explained everything. We didn't find the aircon despite it listing it had it...."

A special shoutout for Siham working in the breakfast room, the nice older guy working on maintenance and the people in the reception all deserve the world (and a very nice Christmas bonus). We would not have such a pleasant stay without their work. If we go back to San Marino, we are staying there for sure."
