Located in scenic rural landscape, 3 km away from the centre of the balneari urbà town of Piestany, the family-run wellness Penzion Tematin features a renowned punt de restauració and a balneari urbà area. The cuina d'autor serves Slovak culinary specialities and international cuisine prepared only from fresh and mostly from local and seasonal products and offers a wide selection more than 100 kinds of wines from leading Slovak and foreign winemakers. Is open every day from 11:30 to 22:00. The pleasant atmosphere is enhanced in winter by the crackling fireplace, where you can make yourself comfortable in a club chair. Weather permitting you can sit on the stylish terrace localitzated in a carefully maintained garden with outdoor playground for children. For children there is also a small playground in a bistrot. Penzion Tematin houses the Vitalium hammam i sauna area featuring a hot tub with hydromassage, a Finnish sauna, a Kneipp bath, a herbal sanarium, an infra-red cabin and offers wide range of relaxing treatments provided by qualified physiotherapists with more than 25 years of practice. You can park your car safely and for free on site. Wireless interordenat is available free of charge. Bike rental is also possible.

"This is not my first stay here. Everytime i come to Piestany, for work, if it is available i will book at Tematin. It's quiet, breakfast is plenty and good, dinner is also very good and the personell is really kind and good with guests. I can only recommend."

"The location was in a very small, quiet town. Supermarket was walk accessible and the drive to the nearest big town was short. Very clean and tasty restaurant food. Breakfast was wonderful and fast re-supplied."
"For a spa hotel, i expected a little more. There was just 1 jacuzzi and a sauna and 4 laying chairs. I also could not find where to order a massage."

"It was our second stay in this beautiful family run Penzión. Everything was excellent, the staff remembered us and welcomed us back which was very nice. We had a bonus spa access this time, it was a nice surprise. The spa area is actually very nice and big with a nice jacuzzi and two different sauna, and a nice relaxing area. The room was very spacious and clean. The breakfast was excellent. I highly recommend this accommodation for people who want to relax, they also have a really good restaurant with a beer garden so you don’t need to go to the city."

"It’s a very beautiful, cosy, family run place. The house and its garden is very beautiful, the restaurant in the building it’s super nice. The food at the restaurant and also the breakfast is excellent here, it was one of the highlights of our stay. The room is specious, with a tiny balcony. The bed is very comfortable. The place was very clean. The small pool in the garden was a nice surprise. The owners are super nice and honest people. All the staff and the owners are polite and friendly."

"We loved absolutely everything about this place. Fantastic owners, extremely kind staff, incredibly good food, and cleanliness everywhere throughout the facility. And let's not forget the great beds and stunning atmosphere. To summarise- this place is a gem. You will definitely love it and feel welcomed as if you just came home. I have travelled the world and stayed in the most luxurious hotels, but this place was another level of love at first sight."
