"I've made booking same day afternoon, two hours before arrival and found nobody in the hotel on arrival. After several attempts of contacting the hotel staff I had to go to another hotel near by because was exhausted after all day travel. The Manager contacted me the same evening, offered his apologies, full refund and free breakfast. We met the next morning, had a nice talk and he explained himself. Very good approach! Will try to stay in the same hotel next time I am in Komarno."

"Ubytování má dobrou polohu, kousek do centra Zuberce, kousek do přírody. Nebyl problém ani s poměrně pozdním příjezdem. Společnost nám často dělal i přítulný kocour. Soukromé parkování."

"For those who like mountains, especially West Tatra hiking, this place is like "sanctuary". Perfectly located, fantastic staff, long opening hours of the buffet (7-21), very good food, very clean rooms and toilets. Beware that there is no wifi and GSM range is very "moody"."
