"There was 1 front desk guy working on 30th of August at 4 PM = this guy ( picture below ) was so rude to us, he was completely out of reality and touch. The whole hotel was filled with guest from Uprising festival that weekend - and we asked him about taxi or information about transport for the festival: he replied saying he doesn’t know what this is, he doesn’t care and it is not his job to inform about transportation. Whatttt???? Besides he was just extremely rude to my friend when she asked for the key to the room - as she left it in the front desk. This was awful this guy should not be allowed in a front desk. I must say, when we arrived Friday 29.08 afternoon there was a great guy super polite and helpful at front desk, and when we left there was a bling lady again wonderful. Another tip for the hotel: please add a REAL COFFEE MACHINE ( or filter coffee) to the breakfast and watch the reviews improve - Nescafé for breakfast is really a free sample of hell, but the tea was good - this is just a minor thing that would make a huge difference:)"

"Príjemné privítanie a rýchle vybavenie na recepcii. Výborná lokalita podľa mojich potrieb. Blízko MHD zastávka (3min pešo), Lidl (5min pešo) a taktiež nákupné centrum IKEA (10-15min pešo). Izba zodpovedala fotkám, ktorá bola veľká, útulná s príjemnými posteľami a gaučom. K dispozícii WIFI aj TV. V cene raňajky, s ktorými som bola spokojná."
