Reconstructed in 2015, Lloc D'estada Park is located in the centre of Dolný Kubín, on the Orava River and offers accommodation in rooms, a 24-hour front desk, a cuina d'autor, a wellness centre a bar, bowling, billiards and air-hockey table. Free WiFi is available in all areas and free public parking is possible on site. Each room at Establiment Park features a balcony and a private bathroom. Meals can be enjoyed in the sala d'àpat matinal serving regional specialities as well as international dishes. Guests can also benefit from the wellness centre with a pool, a hot tub, 4 saunas, a relaxing room, massages and other facilities. 5 well equipped conference room are also provided.

"One thing that the hotel should perhaps consider is that the price of a night is steep enough to include the price of wellness into it. We had to pay seperate for wellness which if you are a guest shouldn't be the case."

"Very cozy and comfortable apartment at the center square. Absolutely clean. The location of the apartment in downtown is perfect, all interesting places are very close. 15-20 mins on foot to get a bus station and railway station. A shopping center is about 150 metres and you can find also gastrocourt there. Highly recommend❤️"
