"We stayed here to visit the Christmas market. Lovely hotel, tucked down a side street right off the main thoroughfare. We had a lovely comfortable room which was spotlessly clean and cozy warm. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast is help yourself style and was very nice with a good selection of cooked and continental foods. Got the 23 bus from the airport for €2, get off at Namastie Oslobodlidov, the hotel is past the big wheel down a side street on the right. The Xmas market was quite small and mostly food and drink based, but the whole place came alive at night with lovely Christmassy vibes. All in all a great short Christmas break with fab cheap flights"

"We didn't have hot water in our shower for which this was reported after the first day. We were told the handyman would come but the water was still not hot on our second and last day. We asked the receptionist on leaving and she said the handyman had been. A bit disappointing and probably should have been offered a discount etc but they didn't really say much. A shame as a lovely hotel."

"The hotel was in a great location and the staff were really lovely and friendly! The facility’s were clean and tidy also. Loved the touch of the lavender pillow."

"There was next to no accessible plug outlets, it made things like charging your phone inconvenient. The walls surrounding my room were rather thin, and let’s just say I had some noisy neighbours."

"The hotel is located in a wonderful spot, right in the center on a beautiful and quiet street. The staff is very friendly and ready to help if needed. The room features good-quality toiletries, very comfortable slippers, and a generous supply of tea and coffee. A particularly lovely touch was the little lavender-scented pillow. The breakfast isn't very diverse, but the food is tasty and high quality, and the atmosphere in the breakfast room is very pleasant and relaxing. The breakfast ambiance truly deserves a 10 out of 10."

"There are a few strange and poorly thought-out things in the room. I could barely find a socket to charge my phone – it was behind the curtain, far from the bed. The light switch is located all the way by the entrance door, so you can’t turn off the lights while lying in bed. One unpleasant issue was the clogged drain in the shower. The towels were clean, but they really felt like they should be replaced with new ones."
