Great location overlooking the river yet close to the centre and all the attractions. Nice to have that personal touch. Clean and comfortable. Not super-plush, nor ornate but great value for money."

"The hotel is in the pedestrian zone, the hotel reached out before the stay to register our rental car license plate for the bollard access. Works beautifully! Hotel is close to the Christmas markets and farmer's market. It is by the bank of Drava river on Lent side housing a bevy of swans. Really lovely to stroll by the river without having to worry about traffic."
"Maybe it was a Friday evening and a lot of partying going on close to Christmas, I can hear loud singing into the wee hours, But not so much of a problem for me and I guess the hotel can't do much about it too."

"TV set was somewhat difficult to operate -- it was not a usual TV but something more advanced and at first would not work. But front desk person kindly replaced something in electronic block behind the screen and the TV set became operable."
"The young lady at the reception desk was very kind and extremely patient when helping me with navigation to the hotel and she also resolved my parking issues (I forgot to make the resevation of parking spot). She also gave me an extra pillow so I got a good night rest, :). Anita"

"There is a pincode lock on the door (no keycard), a nice bed, a fairly pleasant shower, a very central location and a bookable parking spot, for when you come by car. The staff at both entry and restaurant were kind and helpful."
