"En lloc de lliteres, hi havia 2 llits alçats. Eren molt còmodes i estaven molt ben protegits de caigudes (han afegit unes reixes fins al sostre, que a la foto no surten) però estaven molt alts, a més de 1'7m del terra. Nosaltres anàvem amb una adolescent i una nena de 6 anys i els llits es veien molt molt alts. A la petita li costava i li feia por baixar sola de tant amunt."

"We were very pleased with the staff! They were helpful, with our room sheets, towels and with the luggage room since the train station's were out of order. One of us had an important interview and they let them in a private place! There are NO words to explain! Where's the 6-star option???!!! We already have decided to visit this hotel in the future!"
