Hostel BellaVista

"Excellent stay at Bella Vista Hostel! We had a great experience at Bella Vista Hostel in Koper. We were very well received by the owner, who personally greeted us at the door and was extremely kind and helpful. The place is very clean and perfectly located right in the city center, very close to the main attractions. The lockers are spacious and convenient, with plenty of room to store suitcases and backpacks. The owner also kindly allowed us to leave our luggage for the rest of the day after check-out, which made a big difference for us. Highly recommended!"

"It was really clean, the location was really good (in the city centre), the owner was nice and so were the guests. The closest supermarket is 5 mins away and everything else in town is within 20 mins by foot. It's very quiet, I never heard anyone from the other rooms and the neighbourhood was relatively calm. There's AC which is great I want to emphasise this, I've never seen a hostel that clean before, good job to the owner for his hard work! :)"

"No oven or stove, had to cook rice in the microwave. Besides the obvious drawbacks from sharing a room with strangers (which you should be expecting when booking the bed), that's my only complaint"

"The staff was amazingly nice and accommodating, the venue was right next to a lot of things in Koper, I can only recommend!"

"We had a double room with a shared bathroom. There are dorm rooms too. The hostel was spotlessly clean, peaceful and had a decent shared kitchen. The bed was comfortable and the room had great blackout blinds. Great location, only a short walk to Tito square."

"I only stayed in Koper just one night and I believe I wanted to stay longer. The hostel is perfect and has services to stay a couple of nights (kitchen with fridge, microwave and utensils). I prepared breakfast and had dinner there, the supermarket is 5min walk. It is near the beach, the coast, the city center. It’s quiet, familiar, I felt really comfortable and the owner is super kind. I had to work remotely from the hostel and I had no problems with the wifi. I recommend visiting Koper and this hostel! Thanks!"

"Very lovely host. They were very accomodating and welcoming. The room was far better than expected. This place would be a great base for a few days or weeks to explore the Slovenian coast line. The bus stop to Piran & Strunjan etc. was just a few minutes walk away. The location of this hotel is within walking distance from the major bus terminal. It took me about 15 minutes to walk with my luggage."
